Recon brings the heaviness with their debut album entitled, "Welcome To Viper City" which is a reference to their hometown of Albany, NY. Recon was one of 2007's most talked about hardcore bands. The band landed all sorts of amazing tours including: Earth Crisis, Emmure, The Acacia Strain, Terror and the RISE tour.

Welcome to Viper City is a powerhouse record which includes guest vocals from the vocalists of The Acacia Strain and Skinless. Finally having ample time in the studio, Recon were able to create the album they dreamed of. 2008 will be the year of the snake, watch out!
